It’s no secret that salt is a big part of the seafood world, but it’s a little less obvious how to keep your seafood salt-free.
The best way to keep seafood salt free is to keep it under the broiler.
That means that your shrimp and oysters won’t be overcooked.
There’s also a bit of salt-keeping in the way your fish gets grilled, and that’s the secret to its delicious flavor.1.
Place your fish on a sheet pan with a few inches of foil around it.
Let it cook in a skillet over medium heat until it’s golden brown.
It should cook in just a few minutes.
The more you cook the fish, the longer it should cook.2.
Drain the fish and place in a small bowl.
Then place the chicken pieces on top of the fish.
Cook until they’re lightly browned.
Repeat this process for each piece of chicken.3.
Put the chicken on top.
Let the chicken cook in the broil for about 30 seconds.
Remove the chicken from the broiling pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.4.
Add your shrimp to the chicken and cook until they start to brown on one side.
Once they’re fully cooked, remove them from the grill and place them on the paper towel.5.
Place a plate of shrimp on the broiled chicken and allow them to cook for a few more minutes.
It’s okay if the shrimp get a little crispy around the edges.6.
While the shrimp are cooking, place your oysters on top and cook them until they turn a golden brown, about 4 minutes.
This should take about 15 minutes.
You can remove the oysters and cook your fish as usual.7.
When you’re ready to serve, add your fish and shrimp to a large serving dish and top with a slice of your favorite crustacean.8.
Enjoy your delicious shrimp and fish!
