How to keep the salt out of your seafood

The best way to keep seafood salt free is to keep it under the broiler.

That means that your shrimp and oysters won’t be overcooked.

There’s also a bit of salt-keeping in the way your fish gets grilled, and that’s the secret to its delicious flavor.1.

Place your fish on a sheet pan with a few inches of foil around it.

Let it cook in a skillet over medium heat until it’s golden brown.

It should cook in just a few minutes.

The more you cook the fish, the longer it should cook.2.

Drain the fish and place in a small bowl.

Then place the chicken pieces on top of the fish.

Cook until they’re lightly browned.

Repeat this process for each piece of chicken.3.

Put the chicken on top.
